8. Bootcamp Participation

Admission to our bootcamp programs is subject to our selection process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application based on our evaluation criteria, which may include the applicant's business stage, growth potential, and alignment with our program objectives.

8.2 Participant Obligations

If you are accepted into a bootcamp program, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions and activities
• Actively participate and engage in the program
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants' business information
• Comply with all program rules and guidelines
• Provide accurate information about your business

8.3 Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bootcamp programs or specific sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other reasons. In case of cancellation, participants will be offered a refund or the option to transfer to another program.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of our website and services is at your sole risk. Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
